Again am dissapointed with FNB service, I purchased a smart table on a 24 month payment arrangement.By my mistake I somehow did not take up insurance. The 1st debit went of and I realised insurance did not go off, I phoned FNB and was told they will fix it in Feb, Feb came and passed and the second debit went through again nothing happened. I called again spoke to a handfull of people as usual and was promised to get an sms before month end so they can debit come end Mar, again nothing todate. The 3rd debit has gone through with insurance not included. I asked if conversations are recorded as everytime you get told there is nothing on record about your previous quiery so you need to start again from sratch. What is happening with FNB??? Not forgetting that I am wasting my own time and money to get them to help, so realy where does ur "how can we help you" slogan fit in all ths unproffesionalism of your staff as we as your clients are doing all the work (that cause time and money) to fix issues. Please dont explain AGAIN abt me not taking up insurance at the beginning, I already know this hence all my calls/time to fix this sooo many times :( :( :( :( :(
