DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT!! NO MANDATE

Inquiring for a loan in South Africa is making yourself open for!!! I inquired about a loan and after submission cancelled the application within seconds!! I have proof of such via email sent to them. Subsequently I was still debited with a service fee amount - what service??? The application was cancelled immediately!!! In accordance with banking principals and PASA (handling all debit orders in South Africa) the deduction is not even legal as there is NO MANDATE with my signature stating that I give permission for the deduction nor any voice recording stating that I adhere to the deduction from my account.
I cancelled the application within the time frame as stipulated by the Consumer Act! I will not phone the call center - I will not show any bank statements or incur any additional costs regarding the unlawful transaction on my account!! I would like my money back before close of business today!!! Failure will result in my going to the ombudsman and opening a case at the police station!
I also incurred cost going to the bank to resolve the issue and telephone calls to my lawyer to understand my rights as a consumer. These cost will have to be refunded as well!!
