Does anyone work at the call centre?

Hi

I would like an insurance quote, but it does not seem that anyone works at the insurance contact centre. Does FNB Head office know that there is no response from the call centre? What happens if you have a cliam doe sit take this long as well?
I am used to much better service from FNB. Please contact me asap
