Home loan application delay

We applied for a home loan via Internet on the 27th of Feb at which time we sent through all documents and purchase offer. The pledge was accepted only after we called on the 11th of March. After hearing nothing, we then went to bond originators after having had to extend our offer to purchase due to your lack of communication and being told different things each time we called. The latest is that the property is to be valued which was supposed to happen yesterday, yet we are still waiting.. This is really sad service for a company that claim to do things simpler, better, faster. We even called our prestige banker who has not called back yet.
