Promise the goods but dont delive

SA Homeloans will do anything in their power to get people to take up their offers. Once you with them and startig to ask about funds to make alterations to your property they come with any excuse NOT to give you the funds. Also be carefull as their "terms and conditions" are not stated in their contracts and when you want funds from them they only allowed to give you "90%". Very unfriendly people working there, half of the call centre does not know what they taking about so make sure you phone at least 3 times to speak to different consultants.

When they do credit checks they are so far behind... you have already paid off an account and they will penilise you for an outstanding amount of last month.

Wish it was as eas to swop homeloans as it is to change banks.
