Mugeman Debited me without authorisation

I had applied to see if I qualify for a loan online in February, but I never got any feedback from them, Then I was debited R208.75 nad charged a R3 debit order fee. They did so illegally and without my consent and would like them to reverse the funds they debited from my account.
