I just want to say thank you to Cindy for helping me out with most of my polices, but more especially this one for Mr And Mrs Mapengu (557528298) where the regular driver referred to manager for many claims. The underwriter assisted us, obtained the relevant info asap to assist the mangers to make a decission and also helped us. The client was left very depressed as she wasnt sure we would accept them but in the end the insurer did as neither the client or the spouse was to blame. Thank you helping reassure my client and assisting me with this task.
