Bad Service

I went to this branch to receive money from Western Union. When I went inside, the time was 16:35. I was told Western Union was closed for the day. I then asked why there was nothing to say the operating hours and the lady told me, our clients know what time we close". This meant that I was not a client, and she was not interested in me doing business there. American Express, if you do not want to help Western Union customers why then do you say you offer that service? I was insulted by this lady!
