Paid up letter requested and its off no use

Goodday, I m looking to apply for a consolidation loan with Capitec, I have previous loans with Wonga and was unfortunately turned down by Capitec as Compuscan reflected all of them as still active, I then requested paid up letters from Wonga and I was told by Precious that they are not acceptable, but I called Nikita from Wonga and she indicated that Capitec has always been accepting those specific paid up letters?
what I am expected to do now?
