Threatened to report us to Law Society

We are a reputable law firm, and do not take kindly to threats to report us to the Law Society.

Basically, we were appoached by Ilze Scholtz (legal advisor in Port Elizabeth), to provide SLP with a consent to rescission of judgment (on behalf of one of their clients), and to post the affidavit to them. We did so, and posted the affidavit as requested in October 2012. We also faxed a copy of same to Ilse per her request.

Knowing the Post Office, the affidvit never arrived (why are we not surprised!), and now Ilze, in her infite wisdom, threatened to report us to the Law Society.

We have news for Ilze; we don't have to ever give a consent to rescission of judgment, but we do it as a matter of courtesy to debtors. (Courtesy is something she obviously lacks!).

Inlight of her unprofessional conduct and threats, we will not supply a duplicate, and she is more than welcome to approach the Law Society and see how far she gets with that!

We have absolutely no intention of ever assisting SLP again in any further requests they might have for recissions, and we also expect a letter of apology from Ilze personally regarding her threats.

We are totally disgusted with SLP.
