I have paid my outstanding balance on the 28th of February 2013, i have spoken to numerous agents at the call centre, with no luck they have given me to supervisors e-mail addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] i have mailed these guys almost everyday to hopefully get a response from them, i require my clearance letter as well as an updated status at the credit bureau, i have had no luck since, can somebody please help me urgently, REF NUMBER csmi 14158
