People of S.A be careful how call agents of Prime Media talk and persuade you with their cheap price on your car insurance. i took car insurance after seeing their t.v advert from Prime Media and cancelled the insurance i had then. It was leSs expensive but THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY DON'T COVER ACCIDENTS. For more than once i asked them about this but they said my car is covered 100 %. I recently had an accident and they rejected it saying i am only covered FOR TOTAL LOSS OF THE VEHICLE. My question is - WHY WOULD I ONLY INSURER TOTAL LOSS OF THE VEHICLE? WHAT ABOUT ACCIDENT? WHAT IS
THE NEED OF THEM THEN? IS THIS NOT WHAT OTHER COMPANIES COVER TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER SERVICES? WHAT IS THEIR USE THEN?
THEY ARE USELESS, PLEASE BE WARNED. My car hit a dog - R8000 damage. If you have this insurance then you must have a second insurance company to cover what they don't cover. WHAT IS THEIR USE THERE OF.
