EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I am uttterly dissapointed with the service from ABSA, Vryheid. On 27 January 2013 I submitted all documentaion for my homeloan re a Flat in Hatfield for my sons to Leandra. From the onset she had a very poor and sick attitude, obviously doing me one "big" favour. Sadly, her mother in law passed away and for more than two weeks nobody attended to my application. The seller gave me one week for principle approval as this is a very hot property. Up to today, the Bank keeps on playing for time and my portfoleu manager, Lena seemed to run out of excuses. I am a respectable person at ABSA and do not deserve this kind of treatment and will like all others, close my business account and all other accounts if I do not receive positive feedback very soon. There is no reason not to approve this loan, as my management history of both my business and accounts will prove. I stand to lose an excellent investment opportunity and hold ABSA responsible! Can you please help me to put some "fire" under an obvious very incompetent and or lacklustre staff playing with my application and patience. This can not be tolerated as the bank stand to loose face and business from respected clients.
