HOrrible service ever!!!

I contacted Alexander Forbes to cancel my policy two weeks ago. They informed me that they will give me a competative quote. I did not mind that however when I called to follow up, they informed me that their actuary department are looking into it. I have been phoning them the entire week to cancel my policy and no one seems to know whats' happening. Today was the worse day, I called and was transeferred to their cancellation department and the phone gets cut off. I phoned three times hoping to speak to someone and I've been getting the same response. THEY JUST DROP MY CALL.I WANT TO CANCEL...
