FALSE R400 ADVERTISING TO LURE CLIENTS

I requested a quote from outsurance after viewing their add that they will pay R400 to me if they can not beat my insurance quote. To date is has been a month now I have not received a dime nor did I get a reference number to claim the R400 that OUTSURANCE claims to pay people. This is just a marketing and the Consumer Protection should stop such false advertising. Just imagine if they cant keep to thier word before you join them what would they do to you after you join them.
