FNB overcharged in violation with agreement

I placed myself under debt counseling, but continued to pay more than agreed as per the arrangements made. Decided I do not need the counseling, and settled all accounts. Debt review department contravened the arrangement, and when i phoned to settle debt, overcharged me and loaded the account with 27% interest, even after agreed interest was only 2.25% No reply when i asked money back, and refuse to remove me as under counseling, even after i have proof from fnb that debt is paid in full (Overcharged) and account closed. No attempt has been made to clear my name. I keep on phoning in and gets transferred from one department to another, and loans department does not pick up phone calls. was left holding for up to 8 mins on numerous attempts when finally cut call on my side. Pathetic service, and no one able or willing to help me.
