Turn around time an poor response management

I am very appalled by the manner in which my cellphone claim was handled by this said insurance company. I sent through my claim form with all the necessary supporting documents on Friday the 15 of March 2013 and I have proof that this was sent and have communicated with various people in their service departments as means of confirming this and since day 1, I must say the service left very little to be desired.

Today is the 20th of March, (4 working days later since I will not count the weekend) I am being told that my claim is being sent through for authorization. Really?! are we still authorizing 4 days later? I must say that this mediocre level of service is not acceptable as this is not what their policy states in terms of turn around times (48 hours).
I spoke to the Supervisor Donovan F. who really did very little to inspire my confidence and trust in this organization's ways of dealing with customers and their service quality.

I am still waiting for feedback regarding my claim, and I must say from a customers point of view I am airing out a VOTE OF ZERO CONFIDENCE AGAINST FINRITE INSURANCE.
