Vanishing ATM's

This is more a statement of concern than an actual complaint, (YET).

FNB appears to be downsizing the number of atm's available to their customers, in the past all the major banks would have atm's in most shopping centres. Now most small centres have ABSA and Nedbank with FNB nowhere to be found.

I have been a FNB customer for most of my life and try my best to stay out of branchs, prefering to bank online or with my bank card but my business often requires me to draw cash and this i do at ATM's.

Lately, (about 18 months now), I find i have increasing problems finding ATM's. I am currently at the point that I am considering moving my business account.

I understand that this must be a cost saving plan on the side of FNB, but at the cost of forcing their customers to again que at till points to draw cash. It feels as though the ques have been moved out of the bank into retail shops.

Please could someone at FNB give me a reason, or solution, to this vanishing act their ATM's appear to be doing.
