Appauling Customer Service

2 x debit orders debitted to my account 1 March 2013 - no reversal after emailing Jean Malebane at Chartis Life and still to no avail. No written corresponence that I have taken a Hospital plan out, very appauling service and yet no one comes back to you re complaints. I am not. If reversal of debit order not paid by 20th Msrch 2013 I am cancelling this plan due to appauling service and not operative people!!!
