Horrible homeloan rate after moving my account

I recently moved my account to FNB as I was assured that they were the best bank to relocate my business to after a disappointing relationship with my previous service provider.

However, when doing application for a home loan with them, I was unpleasantly surprised that they gave me, by far, a higher rate than any of the other banks. I was assured that FNB are the best when it comes to home loans and even more so when considering new and existing clients.

I will most certainly close my new account and spread the word (which has clout and a considerable amount of ears) that this is simply not the case and one should not even bother moving ones account to be spared the disappointment one is guaranteed.
