FNB - How can we NOT help you!

We moved our business and personal accounts over to FNB, the bank that claims to help you. After receiving brilliant service while opening our account there, we were impressed. Unfortunately that is where it stopped. Promising to help our business never happened. We asked for business overdraft, which they declined, yet they gave us personal overdraft, while the business pays our salaries. They gave us a credit card, with a limit of a whopping R350.00 at R250.00 charges. And the best part, we deposited two cheques last week with special clearance (at different branches) and the one at Park Place East has not been cleared after 4 working days. When I inquired, they simply say "Sorry, special clearance wasn't put on this cheque so you have to wait" How is that for trying to help... they make a mistake and we must take the suffering for it! And that after I had to make numerous calls to the bank being transferred from pillar to post.
I am NOT happy with FNB at all, especially Park Place East. I think their slogan is false advertising and their staff are trained in the same manner! FNB is not making any effort to help us, only themselves!
