What a lovely place! What lovely people!

I had to take my car in for assessment and First for Women sent me to Easyway Assessment Centre, Grosvenor Crossing. From the second I arrived, I was amazed. They've done the place so beautifully, you feel like you're checking your car into a hotel. The service is magnificent. Michael was so friendly, he explained everything very carefully and he didn't make me feel like an for bumping my car. He showed me around, gave me a cappuccino in their wonderfully comfortable pitstop, chatted like a friend and really put me at my ease. The examination of my car was thorough but quick and I felt that they were taking it seriously and not just hustling me off to the closest, most expensive panel-beater. The range of services they offer is really impressive as well. I left feeling like I'd made friends and I think I'll take Michael up on his offer to pop in for a coffee some time! Thank you so much, guys, for turning a stressful event into a happy time, and thanks to First for Women for using such a lovely organisation.
