Extremely poor service & bad queue management

All I needed was to get a replacement bank card & Internet Banking access. 2.75 hours in a queue, 45min at the front of the queue! They had one person looking after that and no system resulting in someone who arrived 40min after me seeing the consultant before me!
I can think of many descriptive words that describe the disappointment with FNB!
