PRO-BEAT AND OUTSURENCE FULL OF NONSENSE

I have a motor insurence with Outsurence. I was involved in car accident in my brand new Nissan Juke on 24 Oct 2012. Outsurence approved the repair with Pro-Beat Panelbeaters. I was given a courtesy car by outsurance for only 30 days. Seeing the delays, in Dec 2012, I wanted to take my car and repair it on my own and Outusrence advised me not to do so. Probeat told me that parts of the car will be back in Feb 2013. When the parts came back they repaired and assembled the car. But a simple front door opener was not ordered but was vissible broken and fell off during the accident.Pro-beat said the Parts will only arrive in May 2013. When I made complaints to Pro-Beat, they gave me another courtesy car for 1 week and now want it back.pro-Beat want me to drive my car without a door handle which is not road worthy. Outsurence and Probeat are refusing to give me a courtesy car. A simple mistake of the panelbeater of not ordering a handle is affecting me.Pro-Beat harrased me for buying Nissan & said it has scarce parts. My wife thinks that I am useless, my kids cannot go to school everyday, I fail to go to work sometimes, my job is in the line. Help me Hello Pete
