No loyalty

Shouldn't loyalty count? I applied for a credit card and it was declined, to my surprise FNB has a temp loan available for me irrespective of my status, and not even once had I not paid the temp loan after I had made use of it cause my account always has their money, All I need from FNB is just a credit card, it can have the same limit as my temp loan, that would be fine, I only need the card for international online purchases cause my debit card does not do me justice, I think loyalty should count, I do not owe FNB anything and from my profile FNB should know that I can pay, only R2000 limit nothing else.
