I went there today to go get information on investments accounts as well as transfering my pending homeloan and moving my accounts from another bank to their bank, i sat there for an hour while the staff were chatting to collegues and others helping the lucky odd client. after an hour i got highly irritable and approached one of the gentlemen who was busy with a client i said sorry to interrupt but please take down my details so you can email me information on investments and before i could finish my sentence he says sorry the guy there can i assist i got fed up and left. what was so difficult about taking down my details to email me information to move all my accounts over to FNB
