Waiting for my Documents

I called on Monday requesting a copy of my car registration and contractual documents and i was promised I'd have in 3 days. It is now Thursday and I am still waiting, even after calling again yesterday and they promised to escalate my request. If i don't have these documents by the end of the day, I am going to stop the debit order until i have everything I have requested, because the intention was to settle this account by Friday.
