Misleading public in false advertising

I was enquiring about a new policy for my building, house content and two vehicles as I was very disappointed with service received from Auto and General. However Outsurance couldn't beat my current instalment from Auto and General even tho I said I will take the Outsurance policy. No R 400 was paid to me for not beating my quote. Then after the outsurance sale rep begged me just to listen to the life insurance package I agreed just to find out and yet again they couldn't come close to my current life insurance and yet again no R 400 was paid to me. I didn't want the life insurance, they cornered me into listening and getting a quote and after they failed to beat they did not produce. It is not about the money it is about the concept of and deceit by which they mislead the public in promising something they can't deliver upon. What else are they lying about? Do they really pay out all the so called out bonuses and does the customer really get something back? OR are they just like any other money guzzling...
