Whose going to pay my loan if no one knows where?

Good Day, I didn't get any response from the complaints department since then.. I decided to visit Polokwane to settle this account.. at branch on cnr Thabo Mbeki and Landros Mare they took 10 days and still nothing was done at first I spoke to Eddie and he called 'CCS' But didn't follow-up on the query as they explained that the account was sent back to the branch..Noko the branch manger called again and they advised that no email was receive requesting for the payment details AND NOTHING! Can someone help me please.. how am I suppose to buy my own house with such a pathetic service from a financial institution, if I don't get any details on my account, if I knew this bank was going to make me suffer I wouldn't have taken the loan in the first place.. NOW I MUST PAY INTEREST ON THIS ACCOUNT JUST BECAUSE I COULDN't pay at alternative branches and they don't even want to give me an option to change my contact details..this is what is bringing the youth down in South Africa and creating unemployment leading to suicide missions.. I want this sorted out in this week or else I will send my query to ICASA as this is not the way to treat a customer..No one even calls me back to let me know
