False advertising

I have a personal loan with FNB, they advertised that they provide payment holidays if need be. I am currently on maternity leave and need to stop my payments for the next 4 months, but when I phoned FNB they stated that they no longer do that. All my payments are up to date with Fnb, but thy can't assist in this matter? It seems like FNB can't live up to their slogan "how can we help you"' as when u really need their help, they just cast you one side.
