FNB HOMELOAN??? - BE CAUTIONED - BAD SERVICE

My homeloan was in arrears of R7 100.00. FNB proceeded with summons, i immediately contacted them and paid the sum of R30 000.00 into my homeloan. I contacted them and asked them to give me some time as my husband lost his job. They refused and proceed against me. FNB ATTORNEYS ASKED ME TO ENTER AN APPEARANCE TO DEFEND! They eventually withdrew the matter as I had paid up more than the arrears. FNB had asked me to pay R5 000.00 for their legal fees which I refused. Yesterday, I wanted to get the matter over with and offered to pay R5 000.00 as my husband is very ill and in hospital and I want to get rid of this matter so that my husband does not suffer a heart attack because of FNB as have 2 kids still studying. FNB AND THEIR ATTORNEYS ARE NOW REQUESTING I PAY MORE OR THEY WILL TAX THEIR BILL which I didn't agree to. WHERE AND WHEN ALL THIS WILL IT STOP I DON'T KNOW.PS.We did receive 2 accounts from their attorneys totalling R17 246.00 with many duplications bet the attorneys ie. to letters alone FNB ATTORNEYS is CHARGING R10 266.00 IN TOTAL.One is charging to send and the other to read - Can u believe this?
