RIDICULOUS

I have a paid up RA with discovery Life and I am trying to get it paid out as I am leaving the country in 25 days. This is money that I have PAID into this fund and this money does NOT belong to Discovery!!! it is a measly R14, 000.00 which i need to assist me with final expenses that I need to settle BEFORE I leave SA - they are now coming with a LIST of ridiculous documents that they want in order for them to process this!!! this is MY money and why should I have to go through this ridiculous drama to get MY OWN money out of them!!! seriously ridiculous!!! Service delivery in this country is SHOCKING!!!
