Reorganizing regular drivers on my vehicles

My son lost his company car due to unexpected costly repairs to his company car. It left him without transport to get his wife to work, kids to school and get to work himself. I decided to lend him my car. I firstly left a message on Friday evening, got a call early on Saturday from Basetsana. The line quality was very bad and she did what she could to assist me.
On Sunday evening, I received my annual renewal, but it did not reflect the new regular driver, etc. I sent an email and received a call from a lovely lady who really helped me with great patience and friendliness.
