Fnb Temporary Loan Query

I took out a temp loan in Jan, which was paid back on the 22nd of Feb.

I have been trying to take out the loan for this month and have been unsuccessful due to the system always telling me that the account is not elegible?

I called last week and was told that the system is recalculating and i should try this week. It is now Thursday close to the end of the week so i decided to call the call centre again to find out what the issue still is.

I was told that the system is still scoring my account, and that sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks!

To me this is unacceptable, i would like a proper reason as to why i cannot take the temp loan out. if the payment taken on the 22nd of Feb, it should be available!

I will also be double checking my account now to verify that the times that the loan was taken out, that it was paid back within 31 days, and i will check to see if i was charged full interest or not.

If i have been cheated on the interest as well, i will be forced to escalate the matter. i have been a customer with Fnb for a very long time and i am starting to wonder about the quality of service that we used to get against what we as customets get nowadays.
