I Lodged a claim with i Wyze as they client has damaged my car by skipping the stop street. They requested that I send a letter stating that I am not claiming from my insurer with quotes and ID docs and many more. I have send this all of to them and still waiting feedback. I left messages for the claims advisor to call me, send e mails and no response. Its now 1 week and 1day and still waiting. I called them to follow up and a lady by the name of California (believe it or not) told me that they will send it off to their laywers first then will decide to pay my claim or not. She also advised that they will first repair their own client's car before repairing mine. Waiting for 8 days already and not being happy with her response, I requested to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and i am still waiting. How long do I have to wait to get my car repaired? who long to wait for a response? I just feel that I am being victimised because i Wyze's client decided to avoind a stop sign on a bright sunny afternoon and now they want to inconvience me... If i dont hear about this matter ASAP... Ombudsman, here we come!
