I currently have a current account, car, personal loan and cc aswell as an investment. On 3 of the accounts they do what they want when it comes to charging - my current account - charges an annual fee which every year i query and it is cancelled, my credit card is blocked due to an assumption that im unemployed after supplying proof and making constant payments - and i bear the cost of a new card!! need I go on!! who gives the banks rights to just do what they want on our account without even so much as a call or email. they have these details when they need something but not when they are us!! Dealing with the call centres is also ridiculous - you explain yourself over and over and no one comes back to you! I lodged a compliant on line a month ago and to date NO ONE has come back to me! today again my cc was blocked due to the same assumption!! over these banks!! if only a bank would treat us properly and not rob us
what happened to the personal touch - a call or email even to just ask before assuming and making an out of U and ME!! they have alot to learn
