I won't be able to can pay the outstanding amount as the phone was long time and also did not even received any statement from Virgin mobile. Please refer to your statement that the phone was used long-time ago and the airtime that they were maybe toping up was also not used.
I think it will be unfair to me to pay something that I don't even have it.
