Bad attetude and bullies

August 2010 I lost my work, so I made an arrangement with Cell C to down pay the outstanding amount, January 2012 I've asked Cell C the outstanding balance and payed the amount that I was informed. In April 2013 I've received a SMS from Nu Debt, when I phoned them they mailed me an account stating that I still got R1855.52 outstanding, only by the 26/06/ '13 Nu Debt change the Amount to R292.50. I've made arrangements to down pay the outstanding, but still every month I receive a final notice. I don't mind the reminder, but really a notice that state"You are currently indebted to our client in an amount of R242.50 in respect of services rendered to yourself and for which our client has provided you with the necessary statement (s). You have remained in default of the terms and conditions for a period in excess of 20 days."
I've got a few Questions and dont get answers from CellC or NU Debt - why dit I not received any correspondence from CellC for a year and where does the additional R292 come from?
