Laptop/tablet deal rip off!!!

It's been well over a week since i was told by the operator that the laptop will be with me the next day I even requested that It rather be sent to me later cause I was not at that address in time. I called the call center the Monday and then I was told there is no stock of the acer p2 but a few days ago I was told everything is fine the courier has my order and everything!

They force me to sit at the same address the whole day telling me it will be delivered and then they don't even call me back to say they are not delivering or to give me a status update!

This is so pathetic as a service standard honestly!!!
