24 hour mobility/ Finrite have the worst service

I insured my phone with 24 hour mobility who are underwritten by Finrite. They are worst insurance company EVER. One of their agents has told me tha they have a million customers that is why they are not getting back to me regarding my phone. Well they dont hesitate when they debit my account do they but hen it comes to delivering they fail dismally. They have been an inconvenience in my life as far as incurance is concerned. I wish i had never insured my phone with them but MTN did not give me a choice.
