Cannot get any help from call centre!!

I have been calling the FNB contact centre since last week to try and link my Paypal account to my FNB account. To no avail! Phoned again this morning only to be told that Paypal accounts don't accept debit cards. Which is not the point! I need to transfer the money in my Paypal account to my FNB account. Can someone please assist! Every call centre consultant has another story but no one has actually come up with a solution!
