On the 22/02/2013 I posted a complaint about Coombe and subsequently Mr Aukett responded with a promise that I would get a letter from him. But nothing has happenned as yet.
Please Mr Aukett I'm still waiting for you to fulfill your promise. It seems this site is the only place I got a response from Coombe since 2011, so please pardon my use of the site for communication.
