AUTO CARE PLAN A REAL

I received a call from a lady from the call centre (Ms Adams) from the unlimited group saying that they can restore my vehicle to show room status. (which include scratch, tar removals etc replace headlights do wash and valvet interior and exterior.

I can claim anytime once my first debit went off and it did and once i submit my claim i was told that i should take photo's of my scratches and i email it to their so called photo evaluation department.

they came back to me and telling me that my scrathes is to deep and cannot be repair as if one can see them from photo i took from my cellphone and there is nothing they can do.

I phone them to cancell this and was told that they can cancell but there will be no refund whereas no services was provided. i have just thrown a R 250 down the drain for which i could have take my car for a valvet or a wash and polish.

Than before the offer such a service they must come out and look at ones vehicle not get the money and decline your claim unprofessional.

Really upset with the service and i would still like to get my refund back which was for nothing
