They forgot to debit one month and 2 months later without notifying us they decided they would double debit the account. They don't notify their clients about anything and just do what they like. They also decided out of their own to debit the account earlier in the month although we had a contract specifying the date. They do not care about your finances and don't notify you about anything. When you try to resolve the issue no one is willing to help.
