Capitec - very useless when needed

Capitec is running their customer's accounts like the mafia. My wife went to their Cresta branch yesterday to have unauthorised debit orders reversed but was told they have a policy stating they cant. This is a lot of rubbish as I called my bank & they were able to do it TELEPHONICALLY. My wife spend a whole two hours at the branch, produced documents as requested, but they could still not help. So much for changing the way you bank, but still operating & treating customers as if it's the 80's. If a customer want a debit order reversed on his/her account, by law they are entitled to... Please get that in your stupid CAPITEC brains & stupid policies. I have told my wife to close her account & change to one of the more customer orientated banks who know that their policies should not disadvantage customers. GET MY WIFE'S MONEY BACK IN HER ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!!
