Good Day

I am writting this letter of complain as my last resort and hoping that I will get some feed back.

I since claimed on the 14th of January 2013, today it is the 28th of February and my claim has not been resolved. Even though I have been paying my comprehensive premium from over 4 years I am finding myself without a courtesy car even though my claim has not been resolved. I have to call everyday for feedback; Santam refers me to the accesor Isazi who will refer me back to Santam. Each time when I call I get a different story.

I am writing here as my last solution hoping that one of the managers from Santam will look into my claim which has been oustanding for over two months. Can someone please intervene and settle my claim. I am really strugling.
