FNB and Crime does pay with FNB

I have been a client of FNB for 10 years. I went to the Fochville branch to report of that was going on on my account. I was assisted by Riaz Gaibee at the Fochville branch. Riaz advised me that he will make sure that my account will be frozen until the necessary investigation was done by 2 clicks. Guess what, it was never done. The Keywest branch Kobie Nel assited me in this matter by freezing my account in January 2013, as she advised me that the account was never frozen. Yes by 2 clicks later I have been receiving even worse service from FNB. Can someone please tell me how does this work? Client of an FNB account, banking with them for 10 years and NO SERVICE. When I told Riaz Gaibee that I want compensation on all that was done, and report the bad service, I was told that I wont get very far fighting the matter with FNB. Is this how a client is treated that is a victim of? This is not comforting to hear that from a FNB branch Manager. I need answers and I need answers NOW!!! The story does not end there. More is to come from the Krugersdorp branch and Keywest. How can we as clients TRUST FNB with our money if is commited at their branches?
