Taking Forever with increasing overdraft, no servi

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Father-in-law. In November 2012, he saw Jackie at FNB Middelburg to have his overdraft increased. She filled in all the forms which he signed, but she admitted that she isn't sure if she is doing it correctly. She promised that she will keep him updated. Nothing ever happened. About two weeks back my dad went to saw Mpho at FNB Middelburg Mall. She said that Jackie completed the form wrong and that it will need to be fixed. Mpho re-assured my dad that she will follow up with Jackie to get things sorted out and that my dad can come this Saturday, 12.01.13 to sign the forms with her and finally get this sorted. Upon arriving at the bank as arranged, they were informed that Jackie took the day off and that no one else could help them. This really not the service we expect from Fnb and request that this matter be addressed and resolved immediately.
