Loan Discovery Sa
Debited my account without my knowledge

Loan discovery sa deducted R399 from my bank account without my knowledge. I did fill in they online application, and was told to forward documents so they can take the application further, I did not forward anything and never heard from them again. Why did they take money from my account for no service, I didn't sign or anything for them to do that, that is utter nonsense and I want my money back, I emailed them and received an email back to phone them. I did phone and you don't get through. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY
