Miway call center with Yeogesin

On the 28th Feb 2013 I called Miway to enquirer my policy number, i did this because i was looking to hand my insurance over to a Insurance Broker. To obtain this information i was put through to Yeogesin. I would like to state that he is by far one of the most well mannered, friendly, helpful people i have spoken to over a telephone in a long time. He supplied me with the details i required, and in order to keep my business he gave me a significant discount on my monthly premiums. Thus move on his behalf made me reconsider any further interest insurance a broker. I personally feel if i have anymore queries with Miway, i will just ask straight up front to "please speak to Yeogesin".
